Twelve chained prompts that take a channel from an empty niche list to a repeatable format built to cross one million views — plus the arithmetic that has to hold for that number to be reachable at all. Fill in your variables once; every prompt below rewrites itself.
These are the only things you type. Every prompt in the system is rewritten live with your values, so you copy a finished prompt instead of a template full of brackets. Saved to this browser only.
A view target is an output, not a strategy. Before any prompt, work out how many uploads at what typical performance actually sum to a million — and what has to break in your favour. Change the numbers until the timeline is one you can survive.
Run them in order. Each one consumes the previous one's output, and each carries a pass/fail gate — if the gate fails, you rerun that stage instead of moving on. Every prompt bans invented statistics, because a confident fake number is worse than no number.
Nothing here is about video quality. Every line is a thing that, if false, caps a video well under a million views no matter how good the edit is.
A million views is a compounding outcome, so the calendar matters more than any single upload. This is the loop the twelve prompts are built to serve.
| Window | Job to be done | Prompts in play | You move on when… |
|---|---|---|---|
| Days 1–7 | Lock the niche and harvest formats that already crossed a million in it. | 01 · 02 · 12 | You can name three formats and why each travelled. |
| Days 8–30 | Package first, then produce. Titles and thumbnails before a single line of script. | 03 · 04 · 05 · 06 · 07 | You have shipped 12+ uploads on one format. |
| Days 31–60 | Read the data honestly. Kill what stalls, clone what moves. | 08 · 09 · 10 | One upload beats your median by 5× or more. |
| Days 61–90 | Franchise the winner into a series and turn attention into revenue. | 10 · 11 | The format repeats without you reinventing it weekly. |
